Hi, my name is Farzan and I am a photographer in Vancouver, Canada. Crescent Beach is located in South Surrey, BC, and has been a summer destination for centuries. In pre-colonial times, it was the location of a significant temporary summer camp for area aboriginals.<br>I have always wanted to capture the sunset at Crescent Beach. The biggest barrier was finding the correct composition in very cold and windy weather. <br><br>As an International photographer, I've traveled to 100+ cities in 67+ countries across 4 continents. I tend to always get my shot and never give up until I’ve got it. <br><br>In that harsh weather, I walked for over 3 hours to find the right spot. The wind was so strong and bone-chilling cold making it feels like 88 below zero.
